Full Sensory Reiki circle

The purpose of a Reiki circle is to create a safe space to foster a sense of community/wellness/balance thru the receiving/sharing of positive energy in a relaxing environment. This event is being held at "CHIROsport & spine offices" in the Inner Shine yoga studio. Each participant is encouraged to bring any comfort items they wish but yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided. Each participant will receive a few minutes of individual Reiki during the experience while listening to a selection of sounds and frequencies. Participants will also receive an individual aromatherapy inhaler and crystal based on the theme of that session. A select tea/water and a parting snack will be provided. There is no experience required, just an open mind and heart. These sessions are limited to 8 people. Sign up is required. Fee is $25. cash, check or Venmo is accepted.
