🔮 Upon arrival all attendees receive a healing crystal to keep, a seashell for the release ritual, and settle into a comfortable marked space to ensure plenty of room to flow.
🤸🏽Experience the transformational currents of a creative breath-movement dynamic Vinyasa Yoga flow w/ a slow soothing Qi-Gong fusion blend of eastern healing arts that awakens vital energy, balances body/mind, and offers a spiritual boost.
🌀Immerse yourself in a blanket of healing frequencies from crystal bowls + other instruments and the ocean waves, all designed to deeply relax, restore & enhance vitality.
🌚Witness the mesmerizing sights of the Full Moon ascending over the ocean while the sun sets on the western horizon and soak in the healing vibes.
🐚 Tune into Moon insights and use the lunar energy to let go of all that no longer serves you, with our seashell release ritual by the shore.

This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space with a beautiful community since 2008. Movements and all teachings are guided but not required. Do only what feels good.
The teacher will demo movements and verbal guidance over a high-quality sound system for all to follow easily. All levels & newbies are welcome to join.

🎒WHAT TO BRING? : Large beach towel, or better is blanket for a wider coverage over sand. Yoga mat is NOT needed for this event. Water to drink, and/ or picnic if you're staying after class.
You might sweat! And evenings on the beach can get cool. Bring a layer for meditation, something to protect your items from sea mist/rain, or an extra towel if you dip your feet or whole body into the ocean.
We will have lighting on the beach during the event. If you're planning to stay afterward, byo light, or enjoy the moonlight.

This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Conditions at our location can be very different than the other side of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If the event is canceled, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.
