Full Moon Yoga Hike in the Sonoran Desert at Sunset
Join us for a relaxing yoga hike in the beautiful Phoenix Parks Preserve! We'll explore the scenic desert trails and unwind with yoga as the sun dips lower in the sky. After a 45-60min yoga class, you'll be transported in Savasana with a light sound bath.
As the colors change, the full moon* will rise in the sky and we'll have time available to capture photos in this beautiful environment before we continue hiking back to the start.
This evening is the perfect way to connect with nature and find your zen.
