About this Event
Invigorating Yoga Hike in the Sonoran Desert
Join us for an energizing yoga hike in the beautiful Phoenix Parks Preserve! We'll explore the scenic desert trails and unwind with yoga before the sun raises fully overhead.
After a 45-60min yoga class, you'll be transported in Savasana with a light sound bath. With the desert fully lit by the sun, we'll have time available to capture photos in this beautiful environment before we continue hiking back to the start.
This morning is the perfect way to connect with nature and find your zen.
Date & Time: Tuesdays and Friday mornings for two-hours
