Full Moon workshop at Womb

Join Lucy (ioga.lucy) and Beth (stretchwithbeth) for a nourishing Full Moon Workshop at Womb Yoga on Saturday 30th, from 6–9pm.

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be held in community.

The evening will begin with an opening circle, introductions, and intention setting over a ceremonial cacao drink, before moving into a grounding vinyasa yoga flow to help you land fully in the body.

We will then transition into a restorative sound healing journey, a space to rest and co-regulate.

Herbal teas will be provided throughout the session, and we will close the evening with gentle journal prompts and time for reflection and integration.

All props will be provided, please come in comfortable/loose clothing to allow yourself to move freely, a journal, water & anything else that you may need to help you relax into the session.
