Full Moon Women's Circle

Join us for a soul nourishing evening beneath the energy of the full moon, a sacred time for reflection, release, gratitude, and renewal. As the moon reaches its peak, we gather in a supportive and heart centred space to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided through a series of restorative and transformative practices designed to align your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle into the present moment, quiet the outside world, and connect with your inner wisdom.

From there, you’ll experience a guided Reiki journey, allowing healing energy to flow where it’s most needed, helping to release emotional blockages, restore balance, and create space for clarity and peace.

Through reflective journalling prompts, you’ll be invited to explore what this lunar cycle has brought forward for you, what you’re ready to let go of, what lessons you’re integrating, and what intentions you wish to call in for the next chapter.

Together, we’ll move into an intention setting ritual, harnessing the powerful energy of the full moon to bring focus to your desires, dreams, and personal growth. The evening will also offer space for authentic connection, sharing, and community with like minded souls on their own healing and spiritual journeys.
