About this Event
Join us for a truly magical evening of healing and connection under the open sky at Cheesman Park. This unique full moon wellness experience in Denver features a 45-minute sound bath led by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Sound Bath, followed by a 45-minute all-levels vinyasa yoga class guided by Yoga Social—set during golden hour at the iconic Cheesman Park Pavilion.
Surrounded by nature, live sound, and the energy of the full moon, this experience is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and reset for the season ahead.

Intention setting + full moon reflection Journaling
45-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and immersive sound healing
45-minute all-levels yoga flow (beginner-friendly)
