Full Moon Sound Medicine Journey
About this Event
Join us for a Candlelight Sound Healing Journey aligned with the energy of the Full Moon. This is a space to slow down, reset, and come back to yourself.
You’ll be guided into rest while immersed in the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other instruments. These tones work with the body in a very natural way, often helping shift the nervous system out of a more active, thinking state into something quieter and more restorative. Many people experience this as a deep sense of calm, clarity, or release.
There’s also growing research around sound and vibration supporting stress reduction, breathing, and overall regulation in the body. The candlelit space helps create a steady, grounded environment to reflect, reset, and reconnect. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
