Held the evening of the Full Corn Moon in Pisces, this restorative practice invites you to settle into the season of harvest, abundance, and reflection. This class offers a space to fill your cup, soften your body, and attune to the intuitive waters of Pisces.
Through supported, floor-based postures, cradled by bolsters, blankets, and props, we’ll create space for deep release, inner listening, and gentle renewal. Restorative yoga calms the mind, soothes the nervous system, eases tension, and supports more restful sleep, guiding you toward rest, reflection, and realignment—an offering of abundance for body and spirit.
