Join us for a transformative four-part series designed to deepen your connection to yourself and the natural world through meditation. Led by experienced Soul Alchemist Sarah Domin, this journey will explore diverse practices, dispelling common myths and revealing the profound links between meditation, mindfulness, inner energy, and overall well-being.
Each session uniquely focuses on using our natural surroundings to enhance the meditative experience, helping you find peace and clarity.
🦶Wednesday, September 10: Grounding & Earthing Learn how to connect with the Earth's energy to feel more centered and stable.
🌺 Wednesday, September 17: Plant Connection (Open Eye) Discover a new way of seeing as you use open-eye meditation to form a deeper bond with the plant world.
🌳 Wednesday, September 24: Nature Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Immerse yourself in the healing power of the forest and learn techniques to absorb its restorative energy.
🌙 Wednesday, October 1: Dark Sky Gazing Conclude the series by connecting with the vastness of the universe as you meditate under the night sky.
