Join us for a playful and calming yoga class designed just for kids! In this gentle session, Yoga Instructor: Lauren, will help children explore fun poses, mindful breathing, and simple movements that help build flexibility, focus, and body awareness.Whether they’re roaring like lions or balancing like trees, kids will leave feeling happy, relaxed, and energized. Perfect for all skill levels—no experience needed!
Recommended for ages 5-9 years of age.
Parents/caregivers are also welcome.
Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one!
