Full Moon Reset is a hybrid class of gentle movement, mindful journaling, and meditative rest. Our experience begins with a moon salutation which uses slow movements to promote grounding energy. Then, we move to the floor with Yin-style deep stretching where journal prompts are offered for deeper meditation. We end the session in restorative postures, using props to support your physical body all while being serenaded by a variety of instruments including flutes, chimes, gongs, and crystal singing bowls.
Please feel free to bring a journal, crystals, or anything else to support your sacred moon ceremony.
