Full Moon in Capricorn: Embodied Power Workshop

June 29th we have a Full Moon in Capricorn, sitting on the Cancer–Capricorn axis.

This axis is all about the relationship between our inner and outer world: how we meet our emotional needs while also holding responsibility, structure, and direction in our lives.

It’s where we learn to create safety within ourselves—our home, our nervous system, our internal world—while also stepping into our power, leadership, purpose, and the life we’re here to build.

Over the first half of this year, I want you to ask yourself:

what have you been building?

Where are you out of alignment with your truth?

What are you ready to actually commit to?

This is a time of embodiment.

A time to hold the truth of your own authority while still honoring your internal world.

Because in order to create the life you desire, your inner world has to come first.

In this deep meditation/somatics workshop, we’ll be going into a process of excavation—gently uncovering the blocks, emotional walls, and stored patterns that are preventing you from fully stepping into your power.

We’ll center around a limiting belief that is currently active for you—something your system is ready to shift.

From there, we’ll let the body do what it needs to do.

Feel what it needs to feel.
Process what it hasn’t been able to process.

And then begin to integrate and invite in new energy to support a different way of being.

This process is part meditation and part somatic tracking/awareness.

Through this integrative process, we’re allowing the body to fully reorganize so that new patterns, responses, and ways of showing up can actually land and sustain, building our nervous system’s capacity.

Please bring:

1. journal for reflection
2. water for hydration
