Sunset and Moonrise...The full moon 🌝 will be rising at 4.55pm and the sun setting 🌅 at 4.56pm...it will be stunning...come join us to soak it all in! ✨️
Our monthly community connect to cleanse, celebrate, realise, release and surrender to let go and create space to welcome the new
If you are unable to join us in person, I encourage you to tune in from wherever you are, or wish to be 'with' the moon, at the time of the moonrise, or whenever feels best that evening.
It will still be light as you arrive and be rising as darkness falls to illuminate the sky and all that is calling to be 'seen'.
Honour yourself with some space to sit and reflect, breathe out and let go, acknowledge the lessons and experiences of the last month, what's been working and what hasn't, how you feel what came into your world or crossed your path....and in breathing in the new, all you wish to feel moving forward. After releasing and creating space, there's plenty of room for the new, to manifest and call in as we travel towards the next new moon.
Bring with you something to sit on, a blanket to keep warm, any crystals you wish to connect with and cleanse, some water and anyone who wishes to join you...or simply embrace this time for 'you'!
Journal, listen to the meditation, be with your breath, relax, connect in with the earth, cleanse your crystals, draw an oracle card, sage your space, let fresh air sweep through your home, take a bath...however you wish to bask...enjoy!
Park in the Blacksmiths Beach carpark at the SLSC. Enter the beach by the lifeguard tower and we will be directly in front, on the sand towards the waters edge. Please sit without too much space in between so that you are able to hear the meditation clearly. The meditation is open eyed to take in all of the magic that unfolds in the changing skies and view of the moon rising over the horizon (or of course you are welcome to close down your eyes if you prefer) The meditation speaks into the current cosmic energies, prompts to consider, insights and activations. You are welcome to stay for as long or little as you like.
The essence is to embrace the presence with yourself, nature and other like minded souls. To take some time out whilst tuning back into you.
I have been hosting these gatherings each month since May 2019...I look forward to it, appreciate honouring myself and my own practice, and also sharing in with others, young and old(er), it is important for us all to slow down, ground, be mindful and keep it simple...each month has a unique feel, come along to experience it for yourself, you are always welcome!
