This workshop offers a different perspective on Death and Dying. We will explore the role of the Body and Mind in Death. We will balance the celebration of life with the grief and mourning of death. We will explore our understanding of incarnation – dis-incarnation (death) - reincarnation - liberation.
This workshop is designed to inform and assist us in understanding death and dying from a range of perspectives. We will explore how we can serve others during the death and dying process. This includes the being leaving and the beings remaining, be they family or friends, all the while remaining peaceful and connected. We will prepare our minds and hearts for our own dis-incarnation by dispelling the fear of pain and sufferings and the fear of the unknown.

• Meditations designed to create a sound mind and Soul identification
• Chants to calm the mind and settle the heart & Conquering Fear
• Breathing techniques to enrich the mind and balance the nervous system
