Come celebrate with the Full Moon in this class.Flow through an energetic movement practice with the Sun & Moon in mind!
A non-alcoholic drink based on the moon will be offered followed by an activity based on the Sun & Moon.
Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing & bring your own special mug/cup if you wish to use it for the moon drink!
All levels welcome.
