Your culinary journey begins with a first course that elevates the senses; seared halibut paired with a braised leeks, and a delicious shallot parsley sauce.
For the main event, feast on a sous-vide cooked bacon-wrapped pork loin, bathed in a delectable mushroom vermouth sauce with a subtle undertone of dark chocolate. Accompanying this savory delight are duck fat-crisped mini potatoes and air fryer roasted cauliflower and carrots.
Cap off your evening on a sweet note with a ricotta cheesecake that's as heavenly as it sounds, adorned with a fall apple and pear compote that captures the essence of the season.
