Join us 11.02.24 for Knife Skills with Chef Bernard Janssen as they demonstrate proper technique with our beautiful line of Zwilling cutlery.
Learn the fundamentals of good knife skills from the experts. In this hands-on class, ZWILLING’s executive chef Bernard Janssen will teach you what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task and how to maintain and clean your knives.
You will practice the circular rocking motion, the chopping motion, how to dice an onion, supreme citrus fruits, mince herbs and learn how to use a flexible fish fillet knife. From brunoise to julienne, you’ll master a range of essential cutting techniques, making meal prep easier and more fun!
We have sessions from 10:00am to 11:00am and again at 2:00pm to 3:00pm - $45 per guest - 12 guest max and at the end of the event you will get a FREE $40 pairing knife! Email to RSVP to [email protected] or send me a message through our socials and I will help you register.
