We will enjoy a blend of sound healing, guided meditation, reiki, affirmations, and restorative movement.

A soundbath uses sacred Tibetan harmonies that bring clarity and harmony to the true nature of yourself. The sound connects you to deeper brain waves that stimulate a natural meditative state and creates a true harmonic reset.

Other Details:

Bring your favourite blanket, cozy clothing, pillows, eye mask, and tea and let us hold space together and for one another as we lean into this New Moon Energy. Please do not attend if you feel unwell. Yoga mats are provided.
