Full Moon Ceremony - Love Donation, Free Event (1)
Community Full Moon Gathering — All Ages Welcome
The full moon in August, often known as the Sturgeon Moon, serves as a powerful symbol of abundance and the ripening of efforts initiated earlier in the year. At the Chacana Spiritual Center, this lunar phase is celebrated as a time to harvest the spiritual fruits of your labor while grounding your energy for the coming seasonal shift. During this period, the moon’s intense light illuminates hidden truths, making it an ideal window for deep reflection and releasing any lingering emotional blockages. By aligning with the natural rhythm of this celestial event, individuals can tap into a sense of peak vitality and clarity that empowers their personal manifestations. Ultimately, the August full moon acts as a luminous bridge between the peak of summer growth and the introspective preparation for the autumn harvest.
Highlights:
Free shamanic clearings at the start of the evening
- Tarot readings available for purchase
- Community drumming and singing
- Crafting: decorate a small pencil-sized stick to use in the ceremony (bring one already decorated if you like)
Come together with family, friends, and neighbors for our monthly Full Moon Ceremony—a community-centered evening of drumming, singing, and release. We’ll set intentions to let go of up to three things that no longer serve us, support one another, and celebrate under the moon.
Please arrive on time to receive a clearing and prepare your ceremony stick.
What to bring:
- A chair, blanket, or outdoor pillow
- A rattle or drum (if you have one)
- A personal drink
- Optional items for your outdoor comfort
Family-friendly:
