What You Need to Know

NOTE: Please allow yourself 20-25 minutes to park walk down the stairs and set up your space.

hat/eye covering

sunscreen

yoga mat and blanket

any cushions or pillows

an open mind and heart

any crystals or sacred items you wish to cleanse/charge

What to Expect

We will begin with rapid breathwork to release and purge any dense energies.

During the sound bath you will receive the high vibrational frequencies of the gong harmonic crystal singing bowls chimes and drums that will deepen your relaxation soothe your energetic and spiritual body and invite you into a meditative trance-like state.

As you bathe in the harmonic frequencies your body’s natural healing response will be activated balancing your chakras and releasing any blockages while bringing you into the same profound state of relaxation that seasoned meditation practitioners would reach during meditation.

Note: Please do not do rapid breathwork if you are pregnant recently had rhinoplasty or any surgery or conditions that may prevent you from receiving the benefits of rapid breathing. Instead please do gentle breathing in and out of your nose allowing your exhale to be slightly longer than your inhale while drawing your attention to your heart space.
