Suitable for beginners come along and experience a gentle Yoga practice to include Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation). A time to set an intention and positive affirmations. Followed by a Restorative Yoga practice to find complete conscious relaxation, using props to fully support the body.
Ending with Yoga Nidra meditation.
What you will need:
A Yoga mat or similar
One or more blankets
Up to 4 cushions
Up to 4 Yoga blocks/bricks if available
Bolster if you have one or 2 pillows off bed
Comfortable layered clothing you can move in
Water and any medication required
Some props will be available.
