The Sauna Series - Gather with us under the open sky, and within the warmth of the sauna, to mark the turning of the season and the inward pull of the Moon. This is an opportunity to reset, reconnect and step into the next cycle with clarity and grace.Held by the ocean, the warmth of the sauna, and the presence of community, this ritual invites you to reflect on the journey you’ve taken over the past month what comes next.

19:30 | Meet + Welcome
Arrive with presence as we gather at the beach and begin with an introduction to the themes of the Moon.
19:45 | Sauna & New Moon Ritual (65 min)
Step into the warmth of The Saltwater Sauna. Through heat, breath, and guided reflection, we’ll soften into a space of release, clarity, and quiet strength.
20:50 | Leave Sauna + Change
Transition slowly from the sauna, hydrate, and prepare to close the evening together.
21:00 | Closing Circle
We’ll gather for a short guided meditation and gentle optional group reflection. Herbal tea will be offered as we seal the ritual.
21:10 | Goodbyes
Depart feeling rebalanced, restored, and connected to the rhythm of this new cycle.

Spaces are limited to 14 participants to ensure an intimate and relaxed experience
Please bring swimwear, a towel, something to sit on in the sauna, warm layers for after the sauna, and water to stay hydrated
Herbal tea will be provided.
