As an International Ambassador for the World Yoga Federation, Kristina shares the profound knowledge she gained through her own recovery. Her decade-plus of teaching is a unique blend of discipline and restoration, integrating Ashtanga-based strength, the fluid movement of Vinyasa, and the deep release of Yin. By combining these styles with Reiki and Meditation, she helps students find spiritual meaning and resilience in every experience. 

Nikola Parque is a certified Sound Healing Facilitator and Usui Reiki Practitioner with years of experience leading ceremonies in the Los Angeles area. After overcoming chronic pain through sound healing herself, she dedicated her path to helping others recalibrate their nervous systems and access states of profound release. Beyond her healing work, Nikola is also a creative entrepreneur, blending wellness with artistry. She is the founder of Saint Venetian, a handcrafted bath and body line that reflects her commitment to self-care and natural healing.
