Blue Moon Sound Journey

Immerse yourself in a deeply meditative, calming sound bath journey enveloped in the natural beauty of Griffith Park. Through intentional sound frequencies, allow your nervous system to settle and your body to return to a parasympathetic, balanced "rest" state. Through a combination of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other unique instruments, you will be transported on a magical, grounding adventure under the blue moon. This offering is for anyone in need of a gentle, mindful reset or looking for some peaceful connectedness to the self using harmonies of sound.

This experience will incorporate guided breathwork and a short meditation to start.

Please where cozy, comfortable clothes and bring a mat. For specific somatic pains, you may consider a fold-up chair or something that is more amenable to your condition. Pillows, blankets, etc. are of course always encouraged if you need a little extra!
