Frugal Foodies East Bay--Chef Spotlight: Thomas Keller

To be clear, Thomas Keller won’t be here in person--unless he signs up via Eventbrite—but that doesn’t mean that we can’t spotlight one of California’s brightest culinary lights. On the last Tuesday in April, we’ll be taking a deep dive into some of his vegetarian creations and eating our way through some of the French Laundry’s more frugal fare. Many of these are not easy recipes, but the many of life’s great treasures don’t come easy. Come cook some Keller and do it all for only $10.
