From Root to Crown is a 7-week ecstatic dance, meditation and sound experience designed to support you in in shaking free of some of lifes physical and emotional tensions. Each gathering explores a specific energy center through meditation, ritual, movement & sound.

Each week includes:

• 60-90 minute Ecstatic dance flow
• Sound Journey or live drumming
• Guided meditation or ceremonial practice
• A welcoming, grounded community container
• Cacao available for sale $5 (included free with Journey Pass)
