From Root to Crown is a 7-week ecstatic dance, meditation and sound experience designed to support you in in shaking free of some of lifes physical and emotional tensions. Each gathering explores a specific energy center through meditation, ritual, movement & sound.
Each week includes:

- 6 PM doors to enjoy Cacao for sale &
- Meditative candle lit space for Stretching
- Guided meditation or ceremonial practice
- Sound Journey or live drumming
- 60-90 minute Ecstatic dance flow
- Dance props available
- Optional Silence & Extended Sound Bath
- Optional Closing Circle
