From Root to Crown is a 7-week ecstatic dance, meditation and sound experience designed to support you in in shaking free of some of the physical and emotional tensions of life.
Each gathering explores a specific energy center through meditation, ritual, movement & sound.
Each week includes:
- 60-90 minute Ecstatic dance flow
- Sound Journey or live drumming
- Guided meditation or ceremonial practice
- A welcoming, grounded community container
- Cacao or crafted teas available for sale
This sound & dance series moves progressively through the chakras:

May 13: Root to Rise: A 60 min. gong immersion sound bath
May 20: Feelings, Flow & Letting Go: Crystal Water Cleansing Ceremony with Ecstatic Dance Flow & Sound Bath
May 27: Frequencies From The Forest: Create your own Herbal intention amulet ($7 add on) Extended Dance flow curated with love from Costa Rica by DJ Nico
June 3: Dealing with the Feelings: Basic Breathwork for spaz control
