We’re excited to officially share the 2nd Quarter calendar for Leejay’s Dancehall Class so you can plan ahead, stay consistent, and keep the energy going with us!

About the Class
Leejay’s Dancehall Class is more than just a workout—it’s a space for movement, culture, and joy. Rooted in Afro-Caribbean rhythms, this dance fitness experience is designed for all levels, especially beginners. If you can move, you belong here.

Led by Leighton (Leejay) Jones, founder of Rooted in Rhythms, this class centers dance as wellness, resistance, and community connection—all while getting a real sweat in.

What to Expect:

Everyone. Whether you’re new to dance, into fitness, or just looking for a space to feel good—this is for you.

What to Bring? Water bottle, Mat, wear your merch (if you have any), bring your energy & laughs.

Classes will consistently take place on the last Friday of each month, with some additional dates and varying times—so be sure to stay connected and plan ahead.
