This session explores why technical risk reporting often stalls at the boardroom door and what security, audit and governance professionals can do to change that.

Drawing on 18 years of experience across enterprise technology, sales leadership and the cyber sector, Ahmed Eltayeb reframes cyber risk as a decision problem rather than a reporting problem. Attendees will learn how to express risk in the language executives use: capital, exposure, trade-offs and consequences. The session also explores how Zero Trust thinking can be applied not only to systems but also to leadership decision-making under uncertainty.
