The beautiful crystal tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls can help to encourage the body to shift into a calmer, parasympathetic state, supporting relaxation, coherence, and balance for the body, mind and soul.
This is a supportive time for intention setting. You’re invited to reflect on what feels meaningful or supportive for you before arriving.
