Join us for an immersive Shamanic Soundbath that blends guided Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Planetary Gongs, and Sacred Drumming. This ceremonial experience is designed to bring you into a liminal state—between sleep and wakefulness—where healing, insight, and transformation are possible.

Shamanic Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditative journey that integrates traditional Yoga Nidra with shamanic principles. We call in the Four Directions, honor the unseen realms, and ground into the Earth’s rhythms while journeying through the subtle layers of consciousness. The practice invites a conscious descent into theta brainwave states where the body rests, the mind softens, and the spirit opens.

You will be safely guided through this inward process while being supported by:

• Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls attuned to elemental and planetary frequencies
• Planetary Gongs that clear energetic stagnation and awaken cellular memory
• Sacred Drums that ground the experience and activate ancestral remembrance

You will be resting on luxurious 4-inch memory foam mattresses—no need for a yoga mat.

Please bring:

• A blanket for warmth and comfort
• A pillow or bolster for under your head or knees
• A water bottle
• A thermos or travel mug (wildcrafted herbal tea is served and you are welcome to take some home)
• An optional journal and pen for any insights or messages you wish to capture
• Most importantly, bring an open heart and a receptive mind

The studio is located through the gate at the side door. Please just come on in, take off your shoes, and head on down. The gates open 30 minutes earlier if you would like time to sip wildcrafted tea and meditate prior to the event.
