The Retreat Experience

This experience unfolds over three days, giving you time to reflect, connect, and integrate what you learn.


Friday Evening – Welcome Gathering
September 25 | 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Kick off the retreat with an informal evening designed to help everyone settle in and connect.

This relaxed gathering is a chance to:

  • meet the retreat facilitators
  • connect with other participants
  • enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres
  • ease into the weekend together

This evening sets the tone for the retreat and helps create the supportive atmosphere we’ll carry into the sessions on Saturday.


Saturday – The Core Retreat Experience
September 26 | 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

This is the heart of the retreat.

Optional early morning activities begin at 7:00 AM for those who want to start the day with intention.

Breakfast begins at 8:30 AM, and the retreat sessions start at 9:30 AM.

Throughout the day you’ll participate in a series of powerful sessions designed to help you see clearly, own deeply, and move forward confidently.

The day includes:

  • Four facilitated retreat sessions
  • Guided reflection and journaling
  • Group discussion and connection
  • Personal integration time

Meals included:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snacks

This day is designed to be energizing, reflective, and deeply meaningful.


Sunday – Integration & Closing
September 27 | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Sunday morning is about integration and connection.

You’ll have the option to participate in lighter activities such as:

  • a guided nature walk
  • meditation
  • light yoga
  • quiet reflection

We’ll close the retreat together before noon so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready for what’s next.

Location & Accommodations

The retreat will take place in Cochrane, Alberta, just outside Calgary.

Participants can either:

  • stay overnight at a hotel in Cochrane*
  • commute between Calgary and Cochrane each day

*We will provide a recommended hotel list for those who wish to stay locally.
