ENERGY HEALING IMMERSION & YIN YOGA
Step into a serene and soul-nourishing “Friday Night In” - A magical, immersive two-hour healing experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore. This unique class weaves together the calming power of guided meditation, gentle Yin yoga, and the energetic support of crystals, creating a sacred space for deep relaxation and inner healing. As soothing aromas drift through the air, aromatherapy enhances your sensory journey, while sound healing and Reiki gently clear and realign your energy. Guests will receive two carefully selected crystals that we will learn about and use in class and to support continued healing beyond the session. After class, linger a little longer and explore the opportunity to purchase handmade aromatherapy sprays to extend the magic into your everyday life. Each participant will receive a handcrafted, moonbeam energized Moon Water Spray to bring your healing home! Let this be your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

I’m a 200 hr Yoga Alliance RYT, Usui Reiki Master, Sound Healing practitioner who began their personal healing journey later in life, but it has completely transformed my life. I offer inclusive weekly Gentle Yin Yoga classes that weave Reiki, meditation, sound healing, aroma therapy, as well as crystals and oracle cards into my classes. I also offer individual Reiki sessions by appointment. My mission is to hold space for your healing journey with compassion, love, and authenticity - so you can rest, reset, and reconnect to your soul purpose. All bodies, ages and level of ability are welcome.
