Unwind from your week and melt into deep stretches, followed by the blissful, guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
It's the perfect way to reset and recharge for the weekend. You deserve it!
We have bolsters, blocks and blankets here if you don’t have your own. Please bring your own mat.
YOUR GUIDE
Courtney Sutherland has been practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching yoga in 2008. She has an E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance and has held an 800 hour CIAYT certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists since 2022.
