This training is designed for individuals looking to start teaching yoga, deepen their practice, or integrate yoga more fully into their lives. Our goal is to ensure that every aspiring teacher feels confident in their ability to teach yoga upon completing the program. We maintain small class sizes to provide ample opportunities for each student to lead sessions and receive valuable feedback from instructors and fellow trainees.
Our program offers an in-depth study and training in Vinyasa and Hatha Tantra yoga, incorporating the energetic, physical, spiritual, and psychological aspects of practice. Students will explore the physical body, subtle energy bodies, breathwork, and meditation, while learning to create practices suitable for all bodies, levels, and interests. This training equips students with a deeper understanding of how to integrate these practices for themselves and for their future students, whether in group classes or private sessions.
Yoga serves as a tool for self-transformation and a deeper connection to the soul. This training empowers you to consciously shape your life and the lives of others through the wisdom of timeless traditions. You will gain foundational knowledge about the flow of life force within you, enabling you to design and teach yoga practices that foster growth for both you and your students. The joy sparked during each training weekend will inspire you to share your insights and gifts with others!
