Fun and energetic easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to classic 90's club anthems to the latest chart hits. Taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. This class is for everyone as it has low and high impact levels so you can choose what suits your own fitness level anytime.
*Flashing lights are used in this class so it is not appropriate for those who have photosensitive epilepsy
Glowsticks are a must - Clubbercise isn't Clubbercise without our Trademark Reusable Glowsticks
