Rochester Downtown Alliance and 125 LIVE are proud to bring FREE outdoor fitness classes on Saturday mornings (Zumba) and Wednesday evenings (Yoga). Anyone can go to the gym. Enjoy nature with Fresh Air Fitness yoga classes while reducing stress, increasing happiness and having more energy! Need we say more? Classes are free to attend. Registration is not required. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle! When: Saturday mornings
