Frequency Reset Reiki Sound Bath with Freqs of Love @ blosm studio

Join us at blosm studio for a high-vibrational journey into stillness. You will be held through sound created by sacred instruments (Including an array of deep-resonance gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, and ethereal chimes) in a 60-minute, powerful Reiki-infused frequency reset sound bath.

Through Freqs of Love's curated set of instruments and vocal toning, deep frequencies help entrain the brain and field, moving you from a state of overwhelm or exhaustion into an effortlessly deep, meditative Theta state. The mind moves into parasympathetic mode where the body can do its best healing.

What to expect

Deep relaxation, intentions led with heart, and a sound journey unlike any other to center, ground, clear, and charge your energy for the month ahead. Bring a friend and settle in for a serious recalibration.

Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and water will be provided, but bring whatever will help you get the most cozy.
