Join Natalia, a certified Holden Qi Gong Instructor and Health Coach, for a restorative and inspiring Qi Gong practice held weekly in the serene beauty of Lincoln Park, in West Seattle.
Reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world through a gentle movement practice designed to release stress, enhance vitality, and bring you back to center.
