Participants must register online at https://bemidjimn.recdesk.com/Community/Program/Detail?programId=1464 or by calling 218-333-1862.We will be exploring self-portraiture using watercolor pencils to draw the face, focusing on individual elements such as the eyes, the mouth and the nose. We will then introduce a painterly element by incorporating water and paintbrushes to the watercolor pencils drawings. Each student will be supplied with a handheld mirror, a set of watercolor pencils, a paint brush , a disposable cup and paper. All supplies are provided in the kit.
Adults must stay with youth during the program.
