Participants must register online at https://bemidjimn.recdesk.com/Community/Program/Detail?programId=1464 or by calling 218-333-1862.
Students will be making a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded card with envelope. Students will learn to use inks for coloring, add cutouts, layer elements, embossing, add bling, and using stamps. Students will also receive a packet to take home to make an additional card. Adults must stay with youth during the program.
