Join us February 6–8 for the Grand Opening of our 2nd Elk Rock Yoga location, nestled inside Elk Rock Outpost.Free yoga classes, pop-ups, and special workshops all weekend.
Drop in anytime throughout the weekend… no experience needed, all are welcome. Come move, rest, browse the shop, and get a feel for the space.

SLIDING SCALE WORKSHOPS
Workshops are offered on a sliding scale based on financial ability. Please choose the rate that best fits your circumstances.
Ayurvedic Restorative Yoga
Friday, Feb. 6 • 6:30–7:30pm
Celebrate the cycles of seasonal health through the practice of deep rest. Learn about the rhythms of life and the seasons through the lens of yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda. This deeply supportive restorative practice uses props and longer holds to calm the nervous, digestive, and respiratory systems. Appropriate for all levels, with modifications available.
Tech Neck Workshop
Saturday, Feb. 7 • 12–1pm
In our technology-driven world, poor posture and screen use can lead to pain, tension, and reduced mobility. This workshop focuses on restoring balance, strength, and flexibility through gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation, with special attention to the neck and upper back.
Both workshops are led by Fawn Williams, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, YACEP Continuing Education Provider, and owner of Elk Rock Yoga and Elk Rock Outpost.
