Portland Winter Light Festival 11th Anniversary

Join us for the 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival, now entering its second decade of illuminating art and creativity.

This free and inclusive event will take place from February 6 to February 14, 2026, at various locations throughout the city.

Event Highlights:

Theme: “All The Little Things”: This year’s theme explores how the smallest things can carry the greatest weight—how insects have more power when they work together. How a tiny stone can reflect light, and how one memory can set you on a path to the future.

Festival Dates: February 6 - 14, 2026

• Anchor Sites Open: February 6 & 7 and February 13 & 14 (Fridays and Saturdays only) 6 - 10 PM at Pioneer Courthouse Square, World Trade Center Plaza, and Electric Blocks.
• Additional major installation sites include PSU, Director Park, Waterfront Park, Ankeny Alley, and Old Town.
• Glow Bar will be open
• Performances and Live Events: Times and specific locations will vary; see the Festival website for details.
• All Other Festival Pop-Up Locations: February 6 - 14, 6 - 10 PM unless otherwise noted
• A comprehensive map with all locations and hours will be released in January.
