Free strength-based yoga! All levels welcome, but be ready for a workout!
About this Event

Bring a mat, water, sunscreen and comfortable clothing layers for the weather. Yoga block or other props are optional.

We have moved to Long Lake Regional Regional Park in Arvada, on the eastern-most turf field. The turf allows a very steady ground for balance, with a beautiful mountain view!

Every Sunday and usually at 12pm noon, but please text to RSVP: 303-718-4414 to check for schedule changes.

All donations (cash or food) go directly to Arvada Community Table food bank.
