Integrative Psychotherapy Associates will be offering FREE YOGA for Oak Park area mental health clinicians (OP/RF/FP), in celebration of our 15th year in practice in the village, and a desire to support and uplift our valued community of colleagues. When: Every first Friday of the month 10:30 a.m. -12 noon.
Where: Circle Studio, 140 Harrison, GE, Oak Park.
Classes will be led by Lila Luna, MA, IPA therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with advanced training in yoga, meditation and breath work. Come destress, network together and build community.
