Free Yoga Event featuring Haum @ Las Olas Oceanside Park: Lauderdale Beach

Join us for a transformational morning featuring Danni Pomplun, leading Yoga educator, owner of Haum Yoga Studios of San Francisco, and soon to open in Flagler Village.

Experience an all-level Vinyasa Yoga practice, spend time connecting with Danni, grab giveaways, and enter to win 1 month of free classes at the new Haum Yoga studio and lounge of the grand lawn listening to music and enjoy the Market Food and Artisan Vendors and Makers of Art, Fashion, and More. Just steps away from our world-famous beach Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The teacher will demonstrate poses & give clear directions over a high-quality sound system. Kids can join class with supervised adults, or play off to the side of class.

This is a family-friendly park - a non-judgment zone - open to all levels, shapes sizes, and colors.

✩ WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga mat - or large beach towel. ( Mat is not required )

Bottle of water & your friends!

*beach across the street, extra if you're hitting the sand.

We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.
