Come join us for a relaxing outdoor yoga session in beautiful Central Park. Release your stress and find your inner peace surrounded by nature. No experience necessary, all levels are welcome! Mats will be provided, just bring yourself and an open mind. Let's flow together and rejuvenate our bodies and minds. See you there!
