If you have a will, a trust, or powers of attorney, bring them. Laws change and families change, and documents drawn up ten or fifteen years ago may not still say what you think they say. Amy will look yours over and tell you honestly whether they're still current.
WHO SHOULD COME
Anyone. You don't have to be a certain age, you don't have to own a business, and you don't have to know any of this already.
Come if you've never made a plan. Come if you have a will and didn't know it still means going to court. Come if you made a plan years ago and haven't looked at it since. Come if you're starting to think about long-term care for yourself or a parent. Come if you just have questions.
You don't need a big estate to need an estate plan. Everyone has one.
